Suna Khanum, the daughter of ‘Ali from Harzand-i Jadid (Marand), writes to Ayat Allah Aqa Mirza Sadiq Mujtahid describing how Shahbaz took her from the springs at the house of Mulla Muhammad Hasan from Harzand with the aid of Jahangir, the resident of Harzand-i Jadid, and how, after a day of detention and threats, they drafted a marriage contract without her consent. She further states that the police have been harassing her to marry Shahbaz for almost a year. She petitions the Mujtahid to seek an inquiry about her case.

Regarding the affair of Khanum Taj and Sayyid Karim, 1925
In a letter to Hujjat al-Islam Mirza Sadiq Aqa, the writer describes how Sayyid Karim has faked the divorce of Khanum Taj, daughter of Riza Khan Shuja‘ Lashkar and wife of Mirza Habib Allah Muntakhib Daftar, and they have fled from Amirabad village to Tabriz. After Mirza Habib Allah's complaint, Sayyid Karim bribed two Mullas and forced Mirza Habib Allah to divorce his wife in exchange for two villages, owned by Khanum Taj. Includes a petition by ‘Abd Allah Surkh from Kurdistan to the Majlis regarding Nayib Hasan Khan who has taken Shirin, the writer's wife, to his house along with four hundred tumans and some household furnishings. ‘Abd Allah's complaints have been in vain and he does not trust the local Sunni judge, claiming that he once married off a woman to a dervish in exchange for three hundred tumans.
